- Center Managers
The center manager is responsible for the overall operation of the center. This includes, but not limited to:
- Dealing with all Outside Sales Representatives working through the center
- Ensure profit growth in these service businesses by improving productivity
reducing costs and maximizing revenue while meeting the highest level of customer expectations - Commitment to quality and on time delivery
- Responsible for the financial accounts of the Center using the Online Center Manager application
The suitable candidate for this role will have following qualifications and experience;
- Proven sales or service record, can sell products and service and can manage people effectively.
- Concerned with immediate results, and emphasizes the basics as opposed to complicated approaches.
- Effective on how to pull company and non company resources to meet obligations or winning an opportunity.
- Can speak at various levels.
- Must be able to overcome resistance and motivate others to exceed their own
expectations. - Excellent communication verbal and written skills.
- Outside Sales Representatives
Working with the Center Manager, each outside sales representative will initially start by making sales on their own.
- Once this individual has proven their abilities and success they will then be in charge of putting together a sales team of their own.
- The outside sales representative will put together, train and manage the sales team they’ve created.
- Ultimately the outside sales representative will be working directly with business owners towards a common goal of growing and expanding the company within the country.
- With the growth and expansion of the company there will be opportunity for travel across the country.
Compensation:
The sales representative will begin on the ground floor of a new venture where the sky is the limit. This position is strictly commission based with the earning potential of a several thousand per week. This is a commission driven opportunity.

Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 5 years of managerial experience (a plus but not required).
- 1 to 5 years of outside sales experience.
- *Willing to train the right candidate.
Hours of Operation:
The outside sales representative position will be either full time or part time position.
